Señor Ade ("we," "us," "the platform") provides online Spanish-language courses, including self-paced lessons, quizzes, writing exercises, AI-generated feedback, and related learning tools, accessible at senorade.com. Señor Ade is operated as an individual venture and is not currently a registered corporate entity.
You need an account to access paid course content. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold, or transferred.
If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission to use this service, and a parent or guardian is responsible for reviewing these terms on your behalf.
Course prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦) and are one-time payments granting lifetime access to that course, unless stated otherwise at the time of purchase. Payments are processed through Paystack; Señor Ade does not directly collect or store your card details.
Offline payments arranged directly with Señor Ade follow the same no-refund policy once access has been granted.
Some features — including writing feedback and alternate explanations of lessons — are generated using AI (currently Anthropic's Claude models). This feedback is intended to support your learning, not replace a qualified human teacher. AI-generated content can be incomplete or occasionally incorrect. Use your judgment, and treat it as a helpful second opinion rather than an absolute authority.

All course content — lessons, exercises, audio, and related materials — belongs to Señor Ade. Purchasing a course gives you a personal license to access and use that content for your own learning; it does not transfer ownership or any right to redistribute it.
The service is provided "as is." We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, that content is error-free, or any specific learning outcome. Language learning results depend on individual effort and circumstances.
To the extent permitted by law, Señor Ade isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific course in question.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Meaningful changes will be reflected by updating the "last updated" date above. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
